Refund Policy

Our refund and returns policy extends for a duration of 72 hours from the date of purchase. If 72 hours have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable advertisement cannot be returned.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Ads that have been submitted (Typical processing within 24 hours)
  • We do not refund subscriptions/memberships under any circumstances.

Refund Details

Refunds are available for cases that fit the following conditions; Except as a condition of the refund, we may refund your purchase if we are at fault.

  1. Refunds will be processed in accordance with the regulations set forth by the London law. If the refund is initiated due to customer error, a 21.5% fee (inclusive of card and processing charges) will be deducted from the refund amount. However, if the fault lies with Magazine or Publisher, a full refund will be issued.
  2. Acceptance of an order is contingent upon Publisher’s approval. Completion of an order form does not establish contractual obligations. Refunds may be issued if an order cannot be fulfilled, or upon agreement with the advertiser, the advertisement may be changed to appear in a different magazine.
  3. Magazine or Publisher reserves the right to withhold the publication of any advertisement or cancel any advertisement order that has been accepted. In such cases, reimbursement to the client will occur within 21 days.
  4. Liability is not accepted for losses resulting from errors such as omissions, publication of incorrect copy, poor positioning, or any other mistakes. Advertisers are urged to thoroughly review their materials before finalizing uploads.
  5. Advertisers are responsible for any damages or costs incurred by Publisher due to actions resulting from the publication of the advertisement.
  6. Advertisers remain liable for advertisement costs in the event of late or non-receipt of materials.
  7. Cancellation of advertisements is not permitted after fixed closing dates, which are outlined in the closing date schedule provided via email.
  8. All advertised rates are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
  9. A certificate signed by a responsible Publisher official will serve as prima facie evidence of the amount, plus interest, owed by the advertiser.
  10. Advertisers must submit copy for approval before the closing time and date. Failure to do so may result in repeat copy from a previous issue.
  11. All material and copy are subject to approval by the Publisher.
  12. Orders for advertisements adjacent to or opposite editorial content are subject to availability at the time of printing.
  13. Special positions for advertisements cannot be guaranteed. The Publisher retains the final authority to edit all information regarding advertisement placement.
  14. Advertisement orders may be accepted with the condition that write-up space be devoted to the advertiser.
  15. Publisher does not guarantee any specific results from advertisements placed on its website, social media, or other advertising spaces.
  16. Contract advertisers will be protected at the rates applicable at the time of order receipt for a period of 7 days after the announcement of new rates.
  17. Publisher reserves the right to increase rates at any time.
  18. In the event of legal action for recovery of amounts owed to the advertiser, the advertiser is responsible for all legal costs at the attorney and own-client scale. Both parties consent to the jurisdiction of the Magistrate’s Court.

REFUND PROCESS:

Upon approval of a refund request, the refund will be processed within 21 days from the date of the request. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties. Advertisers will receive notification once the refund has been processed.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@vmpi.co.uk

Currency Exchange rate for Refund

Please note that depending on the currency exchange rate at the time of refund, a processing fee may be incurred, ranging from 3% – 5%. Detailed refund receipts will be provided in such cases. We do not guarantee the exchange rate. Refunds will be issued at the exchange rate excluding our standard processing fee, based on the final payment rate.
